Armed Robbery

It was reported to police that the subject was in the Game Stop for about two hours. When there were no customers, the subject approached an employee behind the counter holding a game, grabbed his shoulder and was holding a knife. The subject told him to open the register and to not make any other movements; he took the money and walked out of the store. $596 was stolen from the register. Employees described the subject as a tall, skinny white male in his 30's or 40's and was wearing a red shirt, tan baseball cap, khaki shorts. Surveillance cameras show him being dropped off at the store in a what appeared to be a Mustang.

400 block of Foxhollow Drive, Langhorne

A complainant reported that his trees and bushes in his front yard had been toilet papered. They had also poured oatmeal and cereal into his pool. The actors wrote lewd words and drew a lewd picture on the sidewalk next to his home.

Narcotics Use
200 block of E. Street Road, Feasterville

While checking a vehicle in the area of the armed robbery, police found Rachel Kohler, 19 of Warminster, to be in possession of a pipe used to smoke marijuana, needles, a spoon and several pill boxes. Police explained to Kohler that she would be charged with drug possession/paraphernalia. She was live scanned and released July 16 at the Bensalem Police Department.

Driving Under the Influence
Old Street Road, Trevose

While responding to a one vehicle crash, police observed a blue Honda Accord bearing New Jersey plates 8 feet off of the crash with music playing loudly. A man was seated in the driver's seat and police observed a can of Bud Light in the center console. The driver, Kevin Cassaro, 21 of Beachwood, NJ, glanced at Officer Jeffery Wilson and continued to look forward. When he was told to turn the radio down, he picked up the can of Bud Light and held it against his knee. Wilson detected a strong odor of alcohol from the vehicle. Cassaro was told to exit the vehicle from the rear driver door. He had difficultly exiting and standing upright once getting out of the car. He responded to officers with slurred speech and his eyes were dialated. The preliminary breath test resulted in a .25 percent. He consented a blood and urine test. He was left in hospital care at St. Mary's Medical Center and will processed at a later time. Cassaro will be charged with a DUI and careless driving upon receipt of the lab report. 

Indecent Exposure

Police received a report of indecent exposure at Sunshine Daycare. Sometime between 12:50 p.m. and 1:15 p.m., an adult male exposed his genitals to two young girls walking the street. He is described as a white male, short dark hair, a 5 o'clock shadow, in his 30's to 40's, around 5'10" or 6' tall, wearing a white t-shirt, sneakers and cut off jeans. He was driving a blue, 4-door, 90's to early 2000's model SUV. The daycare center was closed.

Theft
100 block of W. Street Road, Feasterville

Police received a report of a retail theft from K-Mart. The actor walked out of the store with a home theater system he had not paid for. Employees followed him to his car and asked for his receipt. He could not produce one and handed them the box and left in his vehicle. Employees described the actor as a male with a tan complexion, stocky build, short dark hair, about 5'8",  in his late 30's to 40's and wearing a burgundy muscle shirt. He left in a white Pontiac Grand Am.

Police observed a silver Mercedes traveling at a high rate of speed and made an illegal lane change without signaling. The driver finally pulled over in the Trevose Fire Company parking lot. Officer Chris Koehnlein could detect the smell of alcohol coming from the car and could smell it on the driver while speaking to him. Shan Lacaj, 26 of Chalfont, failed field sobriety tests and a preliminary breath test resulted in .14 percent. He was placed under arrest and taken to St. Mary's Medical Center for a blood test. He was live scanned in Middletown Township Police Station.
