The complainant reported not having a Sprint account, but he began receiving bills in his name from Sprint last month. He learned that an unknown actor opened a Sprint cell phone account November 28, 2011 in his name, address and social security number. The account is now currently closed.

Disorderly Conduct
1500 block of Desire Ave, Feasterville

Detective Shane Hearn was at  in the audience observing a traffic case against Shane Murphy Jr, 20 of Feasterville, who was cited for numerous traffic offenses. During the course of the hearing, Murphy became more and more belligerent. Judge Waltman warned Murphy numerous times for his verbal remarks and his behavior in court. He was warned that if he did not cease and desist with this behavior, he would be dealt with accordingly. Because of this behavior and repeated outbursts, Murphy was found guilty and the hearing was stopped. As Judge Waltman left the courtroom, Murphy continued this behavior.Hearn, who stated having dealt with Murphy before, reported telling Murphy he needed to calm down before entering the public lobby. Murphy continued beingbelligerent and cursed at Hearn. He was still acting belligerently and making unsavory statements about the court, the police and Hearn in the lobby. Murphy, after even more warnings, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and harassment. He was processed and arraigned in Middletown. Murphy was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.

The owner of Tents and Events reported that sometime overnight an unknown subject took the rear tailgate off of a 2003 Dodge 2500 that was parked in the parking lot.

Fraud
600 block of Cembra Ct, Trevose

The complainant reported receiving a text message from a company claiming to be from First Savings Alert. The message instructed the complainant to enter his debit card number to proceed further. The complainant stated that he is not of member of that bank so he did not enter his number. His bank told him that it was a fraudulent call fishing for numbers.

200 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville

The victim and witness reported sitting in a booth at the rear of . When the witness went to use the bathroom at about 2:15 p.m., two actors sat down near the victim. One of the actors began to engage the victim in conversation as the other actor inched closer to her. At one point, one actor reached across the table to ask the victim if she could assist her looking through the web. While this actor was distracting the victim, the other actor was able to take thie victim's wallet, which contained all of her credit cards, drivers, $50 cash. The victim didn't realize her wallet was missing until she tried to make a transaction after leaving Panera. The first actor is described, based on surveillance, as a black female in her 30s, medium build, wearing a Muslim-like scarf concealing a portion of her face, a long black jacket, knee high boots and carrying a black handbag. The other actor was described as a black female in her 30s, heavy set, about 5'6", wearing a white striped shirt, headband, a winter jacket and fuzzy boots. The victim was advised by her bank that the actors had made transactions on her credit cards in Northeast Philadelphia -- they purchased gas at Wawa as well as making purchases at Walmart and Kmart. They spent about $2,477.22 on the victim's credit cards.

The manager reported an attempted pick pocket that occurred February 28 at about 2:15 p.m. Officer William Schmid viewed the store's surveillance of the incident in which a female entered the business and wanted toward the fire place. The actor is seen pulling her table back toward a woman sitting by herself and drops her purse near the victim's purse. The actor intentionally goes into the victim's purse and is caught removing the victim's wallet by the victim's presumed son. The actor gave the wallet back to the victim and left the business. The actor is described as a black female in her 20s and was wearing a purple shirt and jeans.

100 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville
Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012
The complainant reported having her black wallet in her purse just prior to entering at about 7 a.m. She picked up items, proceeded to self check out and left the store at about 7:10 a.m. She stated that she didn't go into her purse while she was at work, which she said was secure at work. When she went into her purse around 1:30 p.m. she noticed her wallet was missing. She called her credit card companies and was advised that $2,047.97 was charged to the various credit cards she had in her wallet.
