Fighting
300 block of Heights Ln, Feasterville
Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012
Police were dispatched to at about 4:16 p.m. for the report of a fight. The complainant's boyfriend was punched in the face and arm by two males, who they reported they didn't know. One subject was described as a lighter skinned black male wearing a red hat, red shirt and red shoes. This subject claimed to be a member of the "Bloods" gang after the assault.

Narcotics Possession
1100 block of Hilton Ave, Oakford
Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012
The complainant reported that his wife, Jessica Rodgers, 22 of Oakford, was vomitting all over the house and found drugs on her. Upon police arrival, the complainant handed them a clear baggie containing two spoons, a syringe containing a clear liquid and a blue pill. He stated that Rodgers had the baggie up the sleeve of her sweatshirt. After admitting the baggie was her's, Rodgers was taken into custody and will be charged with possession and paraphernalia.

Theft
1300 block of E. Pine St, Trevose

The complanant reported a yellow Dewalt drill was stolen from a home that is currently under construction.

Motor Vehicle Theft
Unit block of Heights Ln, Feasterville
Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012
The complainant reported that his black quad valued at $1,200, which was left unsecured, was taken from behind the Chalet apartment complex.

DUI
2300 block of Brownsville Rd, Trevose
Friday, Feb. 24, 2012
Police responded to Brownsville Road at about 9:30 p.m. on the report of a two-vehicle injury crash. When police made contact with the driver of one car, they noted he seemed confused, he had difficult getting his wallet out of his pocket,  and his speech was slow. The driver, Marc Disturnell, 28 of Langhorne, failed several field sobriety tests and was then placed under arrest. He agreed to submit to a blood test. During a search, police found marijuana evidence on Disturnell. He will be charged with DUI and drug possession.

Liquor Laws
Unit block of Bristol Rd, Feasterville
Friday, Feb. 24, 2012
It was reported to police that juveniles were drinking in a shed outside behind the house. Police made contact with several juveniles standing outside of the shed who had been drinking. There was a large amount of alcohol in the shed and empty cans outside of it. Breath tests were administered on all of the juveniles and out of 19, only three juveniles registered .00. Citations for underage drinking will be mailed to the 16 juveniles who failed the breath test. Police confiscated the alcohol and disposed of it.

Burglary

Friday, Feb. 24, 2012
The homeowner reported that an uknown subject broke into his residence and took laptops, an Xbox and a Wii. He reported that the side door adjacent to the driveway was not locked. The estimated value of property taken was $2,625.

Unit block of 3rd St, Feasterville
Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012
The homeowner reported leaving the home to go shopping around 5:15 p.m. and when he returned home, he found the living room window open and items from around the house missing. A Wii and several Wii games, pill bottles containing prescription, a guitar and base were all taken from the home, in addition to many rooms being disturbed throughout the house.

Criminal Mischief
2600 block of W. Maple Ave, Langhorne
Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012
The owner of Venuto's Landscaping reported criminal mischief to his concrete retaining wall that borders the TDS concrete property. A large portion of the concrete blocks were sprayed with blue and black paint. The owner stated that he would just power wash it off himself.

1100 block of Roberts Ave, Feasterville
Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012
The complainant reported that sometime overnight someone ran into a small boulder at the end of her driveway. There were tire marks on her driveway and some plastic debris in the street.

Theft
Unit block of W. Street Rd, Feasterville
Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012
The complainant reported a theft from her Ford Focus that she believes occurred at about 1 p.m. in the rear of the Suburban Diner. She stated she left her purse on the passenger seat and entered the diner for lunch. When she returned to her car, she noticed damage to her windshield and the passenger side window had been smashed with a brick. An unknown actor took her purse and its contents. The total estimated value of the loss is $475.
