Police were dispatched at 9 a.m. to Buxmont Academy for the report of an assault. They made contact with the victim, a teacher at the academy, who reported that a 17-year-old student refused to participate in a classroom activity. When she confronted the student, the student pushed a banquet table into her groin area causing significant pain and discomfort. The student was taken into custody without incident and charged with aggravated assault and related charges.

The night before, the complainant reported having words with several young males who were hanging out on the porch of one of the apartments at Chalet Village Apartments. The complainant discovered his tire was deflated sometime overnight and a beer bottle was laying next to it.
