The manager of the Wine & Spirits store reported seeing some yellow graffiti on a handicapped parking sign pole in the morning.

Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011
Sometime overnight, unknown actors toilet papered the complainant's Christmas decorations on the front lawn. No damage was reported.

Assault
600 block of Steamridge Cir, Trevose
Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011
After investigation, it was determined that the victim was assaulted by her fiance, Ilya Goldenberg, 33, in their residence. Goldenberg was charged with simple assault, simple assault-menace and harassment. He was released on $75,000 unsecured bail, with a no contact with the victim condition.

The complainant reported the theft of an unknown make and model aluminum contractors brake sometime overnight.

The complainant reported that sometime overnight an unknown actor entered his unlocked 2008 Toyota Highlander and removed a GPS unit from the glovebox.

The manager reported that a white female, 20-30 years old with brown hair walked out of the store with a basket filled with baby formula valued at about $150.

The complainant reported a small gold two-door car drove past his car and the passenger hung out of the window with a paintball gun and shot his car.

Liquor Law
700 block of Ross Dr, Langhorne
Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011
Police broke up a party of juveniles who had been underage drinking. Nine juveniles ages ranging from 17 to 20 years old were administered breath tests and will be cited by mail for underage drinking. Ben Horton, 20 of Langhorne, will be charged with corruption of minors, underage drinking, and selling or furnishing liquor or malt brewed beverages to minors.

Burglary - Forced Entry

The complainant reported an unknown subject broke into his home through his basement window. Two bottles of liquor were taken from the bottom of a wine rack next to the broken window. The complainant reported that his roommate's gold pocket watch from the early 1900s and two gold wedding bands were taken.

Burglary - Forced Entry

Sometime overnight, a forced entry burglary occurred at the at the  by smashing through a bathroom wall that divides the bathroom from the offices. A diamond ring, silver coins, expired lottery tickets and $70 in cash were taken.

The complainant reported that she was looking after a property for the resident who is out of town and found that the rear kitchen window was broken and two window screens down on the ground. During police investigation of the property, it appeared as if the actor made entry into the home and opened drawers and closets.

Public Drunkenness
100 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville

Security at Mink Restaurant reported an intoxicated male attempting to enter the property without permission at about 12:49 a.m. A security officer reported that the male, identified as Vladimir Augustin, 35 of Upper Darby, was seen walking North on Bustleton Pike, pounding on the hoods of some vehicles and entering the parking lot highly intoxicated. He was stopped at the door and was in custody by security upon police arrival. He will be cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Armed Robbery
Bustleton Pk, Feasterville
Monday, Jan. 2, 2012
The victim reported to police that at about 12 a.m. he was walking along Bustleton Pike near the Suburban Diner when he was attacked for no reason by four to five males. He said they struck him on his left arm, right arm and his jaw with a baseball bat and during the attack took his wallet, which contained his credit cards and $300 cash.
