Assault
Unit block of Trevose Rd, Trevose
Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011
Officers responded to a Trevose residence on a report of a domestic assault. The victim, who is five months pregnant, reported that her ex-boyfriend, William Mellon, 28 of Fairless Hills, dropped his daughter off and she wanted to speak with him. During their conversation, Mellon "erupted with anger" and began yelling at the victim. Mellon began punching the victim on the right side of her face. Police took Mellon into custody without incident, livescanned and arraigned. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail. The victim was advised to obtain a PFA.

Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011
A United Force Road Service employee reported that one of his workers noticed on Sunday, Dec. 18, that a license plate on a flatbed tow truck was lost or stolen.

Criminal Mischief
300 block of Crestwood Dr, Feasterville
Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011
The complainant reported that Brian Clayton, 28 of Feasterville, returned home drunk around 1:30 - 2 a.m. and was locked out. The complainant refused to let him in that state and he responded by walking around the home yelling to be let in. It then appeared that he kicked the door in and entered the home. Another resident in the home wrestled Clayton down to the floor and restrained him. After police spoke with Clayton, he agreed to sleep in his vehicle and not re-enter the home until the morning. Clayton will be cited with criminal mischief and his probation officer will be notified about the incident.
