Fraud
2400 block of Skyview Avenue, Langhorne

The complainant reported that he received a call from a collection service regarding an outstanding payment of $431 more or less that is due to a "Bill Me Later" account. He stated that an account was made in May 2011 and this account had his name and Social Security number listed. He stated that he did not authorize this account and did not authorize his information to be on this account. He has since registered his information with fraud alert.

Fraud
200 block of Philmont Avenue, Trevose

The complainant reported that someone opened two accounts using his business name and another name. One of the accounts was a phone plan and phones with AT&T wireless and was opened August 4, 2011. Five phones were activated with shared minutes on this plan totalling $858.16. The second account was a credit card with Staples and was opened August 5, 2011. On an invoice dated August 5, a total of $967.61 was purchased on the account, including American Express gift cards, toys and food.

Narcotics Possession
1800 block of Brownsville Road, Trevose

While on patrol at about 1:32 p.m., Officer Christian Tracy observed Diego Mancino, 23 of Bensalem, who had two outstanding warrants in Bensalem and Philadelphia. Tracy took him into custody and performed a search incident to arrest. Tracy retrieved some jewelry and four glassine baggies stuffed with blue wax paper and white residue suspected to be heroin from Mancino's pockets. Bensalem PD took custody of Mancino and will arraign him on their charges. Tracy will file charges for possession at a later date and follow up with regard to recent reports of burglary/theft from vehicles and the suspected stolen jewelry.

The complainant reported that sometime between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. someone keyed the driver side door of her 2011 Nissan Altima while it was parked unattended in the lot in front of .

100 block of S. Midway Avenue, Feasterville

The complainant reported that she recently discovered fraudulent charges on her TD Bank debit card and Mercer County FCU credit card. Both cards have been cancelled.

DUI
E. Bristol Road, Feasterville
Sunday, August 28, 2011
Police received a radio call about a possible DUI coming from Northampton heading toward Lower Southampton. Just after 11 p.m., Officer Jeffery Wilson observed a gray SUV approach the intersection southbound at Bridgetown Pike. The vehicle slowed abruptly while swerving into the turning lane then back into the southbound lane before speeding up abruptly. Wilson pulled behind the vehicle and observed it to be the target DUI vehicle. The driver, Phillip Kuri, 50 of Philadelphia, was arrested for DUI and refused chemical testing.

While on patrol at about 2:13 a.m., Cpl. Richard Shaffer observed the three stop signs that had been placed at Old Street Road and Brownsville Road were stolen. The cinder blocks that held the signs upright were left behind.

The complainant reported that at about 4:55 a.m. six subjects asked for a table together at the . Three of the subjects asked for a separate check, paid and left. The other three stayed, ate their food and waited until the complainant walked into the back. The actors left the check on the table and walked out of the restaurant without paying or leaving a tip. Stephen Krol, 31 of Philadelphia, was identified as one of the actors and the driver of the car through his vehicle registration. He will be charged with summary retail theft and will be mailed a citation. The other subjects will be charged once they are identified.
