The complainant reported that while he was driving north on Buslteton Pike in the area of , an unknown person threw a rock at the side of his vehicle, breaking the left rear passenger window.

manager reported to police that the actor got out of a vehicle, possibly a Nissan, with tinted windows parked in the handicapped parking space. He entered the store and was seen quickly exited the store, getting back into the car and leaving. When the manager and another employee checked, they found that four cans of baby formula missing from a locked cabinet. The total value of the formula was $105.
