The complainant reported that sometime overnight, an actor entered her husband's vehicle and removed two signed Flyers hockey sticks from the backseat that are valued at about $250.

Fraud

The complainant stated that she was attempting to sell car rims on Craigslist for $700. A subject e-mailed her stated that he would buy the rims. He sent her a check for $2,500, told her to cash it, keep another $100 out of the check and then wire the rest of the money through Western Union to a place in California. The complainant became suspicious and didn't follow through with the subject's request.

The complainant stated that someone stole property from her unlocked vehicle overnight.

200 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville

A CVS store employee reported that less than an hour prior two females entered the store, opened the perfume case and removed more than 30 bottles of perfume and left with them in a white plastic bag. One actor was described as a black female wearing all black clothing, overweight with long black hair. The other subject was a black female with very short hair, a tan polo style shirt, jeans and tan boots. The items taken totalled $1,774.65. The actors appeared to be the same actors from previous perfume thefts at other drug stores in the area.

Burglary
700 block of Norfolk Ln, Langhorne

Sometime overnight, a subject walked into the open garage, entered an unlocked vehicle in the garage and stole a wallet from the vehicle's center console. The subject used the credit cards in the wallet on the same date to make $1,160 worth of purchases, including purchases at a Feasterville Sunoco and a Footlocker.

A security officer told police that unknown subjects stole a red rug with Brunswick Zone printing on it from the foyer.

Burglary

An unknown subject pried open a rear door of Kyodo Restaurant sometime overnight. The only thing that was disturbed was the front store counter where there was a smashed cash register laying on the ground with coins still inside. There were coins scattered on the ground leading to a plastic coin jar. There was also a white computer monitor damage on the ground behind the front counter. A tip jar on the counter containing about $50 and a plastic jar behind the counter containing $200 were not touched.

Disorderly Conduct

security reported a disorderly group was asked to leave when they caused a comotion in the parking lot. The offender, Douglas Montealegre, 23 of Philadelphia, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Criminal Mischief
2000 block of Brownsville Rd, Trevose
Monday, Apr. 16, 2012
The complainant reported criminal mischief to a rear door of the Tawanka Learning Center over the weekend. An unknown actor sprayed the door with green paint.

Public Drunkenness
1000 block of Bustleton Pk, Feasterville
Monday, Apr. 16, 2012
The manager reported a male lying on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. The male, Rayond Connor, 49 of Trevose, was incoherent and highly intoxicated. He will be cited for public drunkenness via mail.
