While on patrol at about 1:38 a.m., an officer observed a red Ford Fusion exit the parking lot of the 7-Eleven. The driver drove the vehicle over the curb instead of using one of two driveways to exit the parking lot onto Brownsville Road. The officer followed the vehicle and observed it cross the double yellow lines several times.
