Giant Employee Steals Cash, Voids Merchandise From Store

The complainant reported to officers that four juveniles damaged two Dumpsters in the parking lot to the rear of . The subjects were captured on the business's surveillance cameras. Police reviewed the surveillance footage and will make an attempt to identify the juveniles.

Police were dispatched to for the report of an employee taking cash and voiding merchandise from the store. Giant's Asset Management employee told police that Danielle Tumolo, of Philadelphia, took cash from the register over a period of time. The complainant stated that beginning August 11, he began investigating cash shortage and identified Tumolo as the primary suspect. He has her on surveillance shorting Giant of $953.14 in cash and $149.72 in voiding merchandise. The complainant reported that Tumolo made 10 separate cash shortage transactions from July 2 to August 15 and eight voided merchandise transactions from July 23 to August 15. Those 18 illegal transactions totaled $1,102.86 in lost profits. Tumolo will be charged via summons with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

The complainant stated that her son left his Ipod on the air hockey table in , but when he returned to the table minutes later it was gone. Brunswick Zone's security showed officers surveillance video of a male subject picking up the Ipod and leaving.

Brownsville Rd, Langhorne

The complainant told police that she was driving south on Brownsville Road near Woodlyn Drive when she heard a bang on the driver's side of the vehicle. She stated that she pulled into a gas station in Bensalem to see what happened and found that her vehicle was paintballed.
