Drunk, Underage Driver Says to Police 'Take Me'

The complainant and tow truck owner reported to police that he recently terminated a driver for drug use and when he came into work in the morning, he found the driver's side tires of the truck were slashed and flat. The estimated damage is $400.

A business owner reported that he went to open his office this morning when he found that someone broke off a piece of wood in the door lock and he could not get his key in to unlock the door.

The complainant stated that when he came out to his work van in the morning, he found that his loose change cup was missing, which was parked in the driveway and left unlocked overnight.

The complainant told police that he was at the main counter at and had his keys on the counter. He went over to the lottery machine to buy tickets and when he returned to the counter, his keys were missing.

A complainant called in to report a loud party and believed there was underage drinking at the party. The underage tenant and two of his underage guests were found to be drinking and were cited for underage drinking. The other guests were found to not be drinking based on negative readings on breath tests. 

Narcotics Possession
1600 block of Loretta Ave, Feasterville
Friday, Sept. 7, 2012
Police responded to Manix Manufacturing at about 7:30 a.m. for the report of a suspicious vehicle occupied by an unknown male. Police observed a male sleeping in a white Ford Explorer behind a Dumpster. A Manix employee did not recognize the male. Officers woke the male up and he identified himself. He said that he was waiting to go to work and thought he was in an industrial park off of County Line Road. An officer observed a bloody paper towel and glassine baggy next to the male in the vehicle. The male told police that he had not used herion. As an officer ran his information, the male began to fall back to sleep. The male was asked to exit his vehicle and he was searched by officers. They found four packets on his person containing suspected herion. He told police that there was a needle in the vehicle's center console and admitted that he injected herion  and then pulled into the parking lot. After being live scanned, officers found that the male was in violation of his probation stemming from an assault case in May. He was arraigned, his bail was set at $25,000 and was sent to Bucks County Prison. He was charged with possession of herion and drug paraphernalia.

The complainant reported that his Iphone was stolen from a friend's car while it was parked on Ruth Street.

DUI
200 block of E. Street Rd, Feasterville
Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012
While on patrol, an officer observed a silver Honda in the parking lot with its right rear tire up on the curb, in a bush. It was partially blocking the entrance way from Street Road. The officer observed a subject sitting in the drivers seat, slumped over the steering wheel with his seatbelt still on. The officer attempted to tap on the window to wake the subject, but he did not move. The driver didn't wake up until the officer opened the driver's side door. He appeared confused and disoriented. He provided the officer with his driver's license, which identified him as a 19-year-old from Warrington. He told the officer he was coming from Bensalem. His speech was slurred, he had glassy eyes and the officer detected the odor of alcohol on his breath. The subject said "take me" to officers and said that he was drinking and driving. He failed all field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for DUI. He also told police that he had smoked marijuana. When officers searched the subject incident to arrest, they found two fake PA Driver's Licenses on him. He consented to a blood draw and vomitted while at the hospital. He was not processed due to his nausea.

The complainant found black graffiti on the garage door and side wall of Welcome Ambulance.

The complainant reported that her cell phone was stolen.
