Snow is Coming, and a Messy Commute

The National Weather Service reports that Bucks and Montgomery can expect about an inch of snow Monday night - enough to make Tuesday's commute slippery.

The Hazardous Weather Outlook posted by NWS states that an additional inch or so could accumulate Tuesday, possibly mixed with rain. Any remaining snow will probably be washed away by afternoon rain. Here's the NWS forecast:

• Monday night: Snow likely after 1 a.m. Increasing clouds, with a low around 30. Calm wind. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
• Tuesday: Rain and snow before 1 p.m., then rain likely between 1pm and 5pm, then rain and snow likely after 5 p.m. High near 37. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
