Looking for some cheap family fun while working on your health a fitness? You might want to check out the Philly Fit Bash May 20.
Philly Fit magazine decided to bring its 13th expo to Feasterville's Sunday, May 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The entrance fee is only $5 per person and children under 6 years old are free.
The "modern day version of the old-fashioned health and fitness expos" will feature 80 local businesses; health foods and drinks; kid's games and entertainment; de-stressing techniques; diet and nutrition information; health cooking demonstrations; work out demonstrations; and celebrities and motivational speakers.
Expo attendees can even participate in Philly Fit's seventh annual workout-a-thon to try 20 different types of workouts including high energy, low impact, yoga, stretching, breathing, bootcamp, dance and core workouts. Participating in the workout-a-thon costs an additional $5.
