November 4: NHS Football Takes on Pennsbury

Here are your five things for November 4.

1. According to Weather.com, today there will be cloudy skies early and then it will become partly cloudy in the afternoon with a high around 55 degrees and winds at 10 to 20 mph. Overnight, there will be clear skies with a low 32 degrees and winds at 10 to 15 mph.

2. Today is the end of Neshaminy School District's first marking period.

3. Today is the last day of Neshaminy High School's Interact and Drama clubs' Halloween costume drive. You can drop off new and gently used costumes at the high school's main office. The clubs are planning on using donated costumes to build up a closet for needy students to shop out of next season.

4. November 4 is King Tut Day, which celebrates the date of the discovery of King Tutankhamen's Tomb, and National Candy Day -- a day that shouldn't be hard to celebrate with all the Halloween candy still around. Today also marks the beginning of the holiday season, at least in Disney, since  Cinderella’s Holiday Wish and Castle Dream Lights at Magic Kingdom Park begins today. According to Central Florida News, the annual event transforms Cinderella's Castle into an ice palace draped with 200,000 ice cycle-white lights.

5. will take their rivalry to the football field tonight at 7 p.m. at Pennsbury. this week and will be presenting checks to the school that brought in the most sales throughout the week. .
