2. November is Georgian Pecan Month, Good Nutrition Month, National Peanut Butter Lovers' Month, National Pepper Month, National Pomegranate Month, Raisin Bread Month and Vegan Month. November 1 is National Deep Fried Clams Day and National Vinegar Day.

3. Today is the Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday in which family and friends pray for and remember loved ones that have passed away.

4. The School PTO is hosting a Friendly's Night from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the . Ten percent of of sales during this time will benefit the PTO.

5. Members of the Neshaminy School Board's and NFT's negotiation teams will meet tonight to continue to negotiate a contract. Patch will have an update of the meeting first thing Wednesday morning.
