Skydiver ID'd After Fatal South Jersey Fall In…

Subway Sued Over Sandwich Length

Two men from New Jersey have sued Subway because they say the footlong sandwiches measure less than 12 inches.

If you're headed to Subway bring your appetite -- and your ruler.

That's if you pay as close attention to the size of your sandwich as two New Jersey men, who are suing the fast food chain because they say the advertised footlong sub is just shy of 12 inches.

According to NBC 10, the lawsuit was filed this week. The plantiffs, John Farley of Evesham and Charles Noah Pendrack of Ocean City, said they measured 17 Subway footlong sandwiches and all were not quite 12 inches.

The NBC 10 report goes on to say the plantiffs are seeking compensatory damages and a change in Subway's practices.

of course they are. money for nothing. the american way. we should all thank them for raising the prices for the rest of us over nonsense. and people wonder why I hate lawyers. p.s. - what ever happened to buyer beware? If it's not what you were told it was, stop buying it and ask for a refund on the first one.
