There have been several reports of an alligator in a pond on the campus of Cairn University in Langhorne Manor, according to Levittown Now.
Four people have reported seeing a small alligator about three feet long, according to PhillyBurbs.
Cairn University, formerly called Philadelphia Biblical University, is celebrating its centennial through May 2014.
