This year, the Kennel Club of Philadelphia is hosting the National Dog Shows at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Saturday, Nov. 17 and Sunday, Nov. 18 from 8AM-6PM. These shows are an Annual Delaware Valley attraction dating back to Philadelphia's Centennial Celebration of 1876.
These all-breed dog shows are one of only five "benched" dog shows left in America, meaning the dogs will be on site with their handlers and owners throughout the eventful weekend. More than 170 different breeds will be represented by some 2,000 dogs at the show.
Shows are open to the public for the inexpensive price of $14 for adults, $7 for children ages 4-11 and free admission for children 3 and under!
