Theft
Tuesday, Dec. 4, it was reported that two air conditioning units were stolen from the rear of the building that was last occupied by the US Census Bureau on the 1100 block of Bustleton Pike. An employee of Feeney's told police that he was doing work in the nursery area when he noticed the missing units. The estimated value of the units is $5,000.

Public Drunkenness
Tuesday, Dec. 4, police responded to Sparkle Car Wash for the report that an ex-employee that was on scene was wanted. Upon arrival, officers recognized the ex-employee and asked him what he was doing there; he said he came to get his job back. His speech was slurred, officers could smell alcohol on him and he was unsteady on his feet. He denied driving himself there, but his truck was there with the registration in his name. He registered .39 on a breath test. After refusing to contact someone to pick up him, the 28-year-old Levittown resident was taken into custody and transported home. He will be cited for public drunkenness via mail.
