Man Charged with Sexual Assault of Teen: Zachary Opielski, 21, of Fairless Hills was arrested after police alleged he had sex with a 14-year-old Northampton girl in late March, police said. Opielski is being charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a victim under 16 years of age, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age and unlawful contact with a minor, court records show.
