In Tuesday's election, there were five open seats in three regions for the Neshaminy School Board.
In Lower Southampton Region 1, Kim Koutsouradis and Susan Cummings, both Republican, and Democrat Sean Hoffman were vying for two open seats. Just after 11 p.m., unofficial results posted by BucksCountyElections.org, reported that incumbent board members Koutsouradis, the board’s current vice president, and Cummings had won those two seats.
In Middletown Township Region 2, current board President Ritchie Webb and Anthony Sposato, both Republican, were running for two open seats uncontested. Webb and Sposato ran as both as Republicans and Democrats since they won both primaries. Sposato will be replacing current board member Rick Eccles.
In Middletown Township Region Three, Republican Mark Shubin ran uncontested for one open seat. Shubin ran as a Democrat as well after winning both primaries. Shubin will replace current board member William O’Connor.
